   did you charge the controller when you initially got it, cos you need to charge it for at least 2 hrs before use, or until it says that the charge is complete…… mine works fine, works for at least 50 – 70 hrs of use

   The battery will eventually die, after so many charges it will not charge.
   All batteries do this.

    That may be true, but then again, there was a PS 3 sold on EBay on the launch date of the system for $1,000,000 or a Billion, I think it was a million, though… It was the first system on EBay, some guy bought the system, went streight home, & sold it, i’m not saying it costs that much, just some people are just really stupid these days, if ya know what I mean… LoL!!!     I just bought a dualshock 3 and when I play games, it disconnects on it’s own. I got to constantly press the ps button in a neverending cycle. I been trying to charge that thing for over an HOUR and nothing has changed. I also notice when trying to charged it…on the top right corner, where the 3 battery bars should be showing it only displays this dash instead. Somebody help!!!!
