can i surf the web on my laptop using the connection through my sony mobile phone?

I have an unlimited web add-on with O2 which i use on my phone but i would like to surf with the laptop using the phone via bluetooth. is it possible?
dont be telling me about usb mobile internet adapters etc, i know about them.
