I have heard that it is possible and that there is a free program that can convert kindle books into a format for the sony reader. The sony reader seems like the better machine to me, but the prices of their books are quite elevated. Thanks.
I've never heard of it… But as far as I know, quite a lot of people complain about the price and availability of content for Sony Reader. You can read the review from actual customer on Amazon, a person called N. Jenkins is a fan of sony reader, but also go for Kindle for more available titles:
