The Best Camera Mobile Phones This Christmas – the Sony Ericsson C905 and S302

2011

In 2008, one company is set on shaping the universe of camera-equipped mobile phones. This manufacturer is Sony Ericsson, and they are determined to dominate not just the world in top-end camera phones, but bottom-end handsets, as well!

Camera phones evolve – the Sony Ericsson legacy

It’s rather apt, really, that Sony Ericsson are the ones at the forefront of the revolution in camera-equipped mobile phones. I mean, it was they who kicked it all off, long ago, in 2002. Let’s not forget that they were the first manufacturer to unveil a mobile phone with a camera in it, within the British marketplace. That phone was the Sony Ericsson P800, but it didn’t get the mass market penetration Sony Ericsson would’ve liked, as it was an incredibly (for the time) high-end smartphone. However, their most iconic device in history was about to be unveiled, and that one DID get great market penetration. It was the Sony Ericsson T610, and it changed the playing field. There was a device that stood head and shoulders over the other mobile phones it was up against. It was compact, it was sexy, and customers went MENTAL for it. And, let us remember that the Sony Ericsson T610 also had a built-in camera, and that it was really the first handset to hit that mass market, and make them go, ‘Hang on, we actually do want cameras in our mobile phones!’

Today, the camera phone world has split, into entry-level handsets, and top-end camera-equipped mobile phones; well, it’s fair to say that Sony Ericsson really badly want to rule both!

Sony Ericsson S302 – cheap, cheerful, snappy

Say you want a Sony Ericsson camera phone, but not a mega-massive smartphone. If so, then the Sony Ericsson S302, the first phone in their whole new Snapshot series, is the perfect handset for you. It’s a great little handset, with a compact, slick body, a marvellous screen, and a funky little multimedia browser. In addition to that, in spite of this being classed in the ‘budget phone’ category, the Sony Ericsson S302 is equipped with a great little 2 megapixel camera. Ok, it doesn’t come with autofocus, but considering that it’s a budget camera phone, it’s brilliant!

However, that’s a low-end mobile phone… how about if you want something that’s got real power? What if you desire one of Sony Ericsson’s Cyber-Shot series…?

Sony Ericsson C905 – the ultimate camera phone?

You just can’t deny power, and one thing is very clear: the Sony Ericsson C905′s got much more sheer power than any other mobile phones you can buy in the UK. How come? Well, this is the first camera phone to be unleashed upon the UK that has an 8 megapixel camera. Yes, you read that right. EIGHT. That’s a ludicrously huge pixel resolution, and it means that the Sony Ericsson C905 will let you take the absolute most jaw-dropping images you’ve ever experienced, from any camera-equipped mobile phone, ever. Oh, and of course, don’t forget that Sony Ericsson have packed it full of Cyber-Shot technology, and that’s going to make the pictures it produces even more sumptuous. Combine that with a top of the range multimedia browser, WiFi, HSDPA and built-in GPS, and you have to come to the conclusion that the Sony Ericsson C905 is, without doubt, the king of the hill!

Whatever your purposes in converting an AVCHD camcorder video, you can get the method here, so just know how to do it.

you can google Aunsoft Sony Camcorder Column to get it.

If it takes a special battery (not something like AA) then it will come with the camera. The battery-buying option is so you can have a spare.

I recently started looking for a new Sony Cybershot digital camera. My very old DSC W100 (8.1 MP)is outdated, but i like its features (such as vivid, black and white, sepia, increase sharpness, increase contrast. Do you know of any new versions of Sony cameras with these features that isn’t as outdated?

I would suggestion these good and new Sony Digital Cameras :

what kind of sony cyber shot camera should i buy?

Jul 22
2010

i’m a really big fan of the sony camera’s. i had one until someone threw a football at me while i was holding it and it broke.
it was 7.2 megapixels and a small camera that i could fit in my pocket, not one of those professional big ones.
i was wondering what kind of sony cyber shot camera you would reccommend?

*i’m looking for one that has good focus.

feel free to give me ideas about other cameras, but i’m mainly looking for a sony.

I would really reccomend that you look outside of Sony, you should not limti yourself to just one brand, but here are some sony compact cameras that sound like the one you used to have.
I am not sure of your budget… so i ranged it…

Cybeshot TX1 – is about $250, iy has 10.2 megapixels and 4X zoom (and other features like HD movie, CMOS sensor and a 3 inch display)

Cybershot w370 – about $200, 14 mega pixels, 7X zoom, press and sweep panaronic mode (+ the above features)

Cybershot TX7 – about $350, 10 mega pixels, 4X zoom, touch screen, full HD movie

cybershot s2100 – $100 (about), 12 mega pixels, 3X zoom

Those are just some that I would reccomend ^^ – I know that with son there are SO many different models it is really confusing to know which one is the best, from that list I would reccomend the w370, it is one of the cheapest and has the best features… but you need to choose a camera with the best features for you

E.g:

Do you take the camera with you a lot – if so, then it needs to be compact and light
Do you take it into harsh conditions – if you then you need water proof, shock proof and cold proof cameras.
Do you want to be able to take movies?
Do you have a very steady hand? If not, then you need good image stabilising
Do you want a big screen?
Do you want a big zoom?

I think you get me by now…
Also have a look at samsung, pentax, nikon and cannon.

I think the pentax optio w90 would suit you as well

Hope all that helps!
