   yea that happends a lot probly only cos the uk voltage settings and plugs etc are different , so charging times will also be slightly different,

   but there essentially the exact same product in terms of use.

   Thanks for all the advice! My budget is at around 300 dollars. I want to get the sony handycam mini dv, but I don’t know if other brands such as panisonic have better quality video. I don’t know about fire wire and all that either. So I don’t want to get something that I’m not going to be able to use.
