    hey buddy i’m thinking of an SR-11 does the zoom meter have some sort of indication either in numbers saying for instance 12x (the optical max zoom of the SR11) of some sort of transition into digital zooming as it would be handy to know as to maintain highest quality while using optical rather than digital zoom , also may I ask how does the digital zoom look on the higher zoom levels? Ideally if you can tell me does optical zoom at 12x a sufficient level say to zoom into a plane 1km away ?

    Well I guess it depends what kind of PC you got, but it would be for me. (3.6 GHZ Pentium 4)
