I can’t download new books since I bought a new computer with Vista and The Geek Squad don’t know what to do either…I’d really appreciate any help , Thank you !!
It appears as if Sony does not support the PRS-500 under Vista 64
Note: Using the PRS-500 with 64-bit versions of the operating system is not supported.
But have you tried their latest eBook Library Software Update?
