Does the Sony E-reader read books you download?

I was wondering if anyone out there who has a sony e-reader knows if it will read books aloud (obviously with headphones) that you have downloaded?

No, sony reader doesn’t have the text-to-speech function. Only the Kindle has. If you are in the United States, I’ll suggest you to choose the Kindle 2 instead, here is a good comparison between the two:

Hi, it doesn’t read books aloud but supports mp3 so if you have an audiobook, you can listen to that!
