According to DVD …
According to DVD Architect help, “If you use a background video in your menu, we recommend rendering the video in progressive-scan format before adding it to your project.
Leave the Enable progressive render of DVD menus check box on the General tab of the Preferences dialog selected, and all noncompliant menus will be rendered as progressive-scan video.
When the check box is cleared, all noncompliant menus will be rendered as interlaced video.

When in DVD …
When in DVD Architect, you showed how to put your own background on the menu. I noticed it was an .avi file. I had rendered a short .avi file in Sony Vegas for that purpose that already had the music with it. DVD Architech said it was not an acceptable file. So, should I make the video separate from the audio?? And what format should the audio be? Thanks

Hello Bill
I’ve …
o Bill
I’ve just finished editing 8 discs from my MiniDV cam recorder using Sony Vegas.
They are all in MPEG2 format. I want to make them into 2 finalized DVDs (4.7GB) using DVD Architect.
I’ve added the 4 first discs and made a menu with a “Play Movie” button. The problem is that I can only get it to play disc 1 before it gets back to the menu again. Is there any way of linking them all together?
