Help with a theme on the sony Psp?

So i decided to upgrade my firmware to the latest Verision (5.51)
Loving it so far but,
The themes, i dont really like any of them but i know you can import custom themes.
Is there a way of getting a black wavy background that moves for my psp without Custom Firmware
Thanks.
