How can I delete a theme from my Sony Ericcson j220i?

I'm refering to the ones I downloaded from the official site.. I guess the themes my phone already had when I bought it aren't removable ..but the other ones??

I think there is a menu button in the middle of the up-down-right-left thingy. Push this button and look for the themes to blow out like under a magnifying glass.
