How can I delete everything of my sony vaio laptop without a disc ?

I want to start fresh
Delete everything of my sony vaio laptop (Windows vista)
How can I do this ?
I dont have a disc thoe
I want it to be like when I first got my laptop wipe everything of it !

Help please :)

i believe that if you hold F11 while rebooting the computer it should take you to a recovery partition on the hard drive. that will allow you to reformat the hdd to factory settings in other words put it back to the way you bought it if that doesn't work feel free to email me (dmanshouse@yahoo.com) ima x fire-dog tech (circuit city pc tech) that's the most basic way there may be some others.
