How can I get an mp3 song to be my ringtone on my phone Sony Ericsson Z550a?

The song that I wanted as my ringtone is "Stronger – Kanye West" but it wouldn't let me set it as my ringtone. It was sent through bluetooth from my friend. On my other Nokia phone, any mp3 song I can make it as a ringtone. Is it possible to do the same on my Sony Ericsson Z550a?
