How can I put videos on a Sony Walkman Video mp3 Player??

Hello i bought this sony walkman video mp3 player yesterday but how can you put movies i have on my windows media player to my walkman

this may seem weird but did u read the manual.evertyhings in the manual. also if u cant do tht , take your usb cord connect one side to the computer and the other to the sony walkman.i think sony only supports mp4 videos .so make sure all your videos are in mp4.for better info refer to the manual
