My Sony Ericsson is about 2 monthes old and now when i go to turn it on simpley lights up partial shades of the phone blue and then remains like that untill i remove the battery,
putting it on charge doesnt work and neither does plugging it into the computer.
The phone goes no further than lighting up on the front and the back and then sits there.
Is there anything i can do???
My phone used to do that sometimes, never to the entent it woulden’t go back on though.
Are you sure it’s fully charged? Try turning it on whilst its plugged into the wall / pc.
Otherwise I suggest bringing it back to the shop. o2 have fixed mine after the middle touch button broke no questions asked
