how can i tranfer a video to my sony ericsson phone?

i tried the sony ericsson media manager and when i does tranfer, it doesnt want to show on my phone. how do i make it show?

Well Try Bluetooh them ! Or Use a Data Cable ! Just install the Driver Dont install the Pc suit ! After Installing the Drivers An Additional Removeable disk will Show up On My Computer Page ! Just Copy and Paste then Onwards !!
