Sony Buyer

I checked out the Sony Ericsson page and downloaded the Media Manger, but, even though my phone is hooked up to my computer, my screen always says connect phone and select file transfer. I do that, but its still not detected on my computer. Anyone have a similar problem? Help!

Connect the phone via USB and make sure to choose the PC Suite option on the phones screen and after that go to My Computer and browse the phone using the phone browser shortcut and then copy your songs over and if this isn’t working the call sony.
