how can you get songs onto a sony ericsson phone, from an apple mac computer?

I got a brand new Sony Ericsson phone and when i tried to connect it to my apple mac computer it didn’t work, so the only way i can get music is via bluetooth which is slow and limits me!

well actually it is only compatable with pc’s but sony ericsson might have software for macs!
