how do i add music from sony program to windows media player?

i bought a little mp3 player awile ago and when i noticed the zune i wanted one. the mp3 players music softwear is called sonic stage and in order to get it on the zune softwear i have to have it on the windows player. (confusing) i cannot figure it out. usualy when it come to things like this im good and ive never had to ask.

try downloading on the computer then uploading it on windows player.
