How do I know whether my Sony Ericsson K750i phone is locked or unlocked? I use a GSM service in India.

Well, a simple way to see if it's unlocked or not is to stick a sim card from another carrier in it (if a friend has a sim card from another carrier borrow it). If it shows a message that says something like "invalid sim" then the phone is still locked.

    A phone is locked if it won't work on another network. I've been told that the way to test this is to put a SIM card in it from another network and see if the phone works. If it's locked then it needs to be unlocked.
