How do I copy music from my Sony Walkman MP3 to my new Ipod?

I have a Sony MP3 Walkman that uses the Sonic Stage program. I have just got an Ipod and downloaded ITunes. How do I copy my music from Sonic Stage to ITunes??

go to (file) ( add folder to library ) NOT add folder to library…. after that it will give u a browser and then just look for the file with ure music in it and yea that should be it
