How do I create a home network connecting my PC and Sony Playstation 3 on the same internet connection?

I have a 20GB model Playstation 3

U need a wired internet router, then connect ps3 and ur pc to that router using ethernet cables, so both the machines can connect to the internet. As soon u connect the ps3 and pc to the router, u hav created a home network.
