How do I make ringtones for my sony ericsson z520a?

I have a usb cord and sony ericsson software. I am looking for a program that does not make me connect to the internet to get my ringtone, and is also easy to use.

Download an MP3 splitter (google and you will find a free one).

Then you can just cut sections from your fav MP3s and upload them to your phone. Easy as that
