how do i put movies on my sony walkman mp3 player?

I have a sony walkman that came with a little spiderman three preview and it said I can put more movies on it but I have NO IDEA HOW!!! How do I do this? I got this thing, like, a year ago and I still don’t know. Does anybody know HOW HARD THIS IS on ME???? HELP!

what you need to do, is convert it to MPEG or MP4.
