Sony Buyer

I have recently purchased a new phone ( Sony Erricson K810i )

I was wondering, rather then downloading music from the internet directly onto my phone, is it possible to transfer music that i have previously downloaded through itunes onto my phone free of charge ?

If so, how do i do this?

Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I think you are blocked from doing this for the reason of not having to buy the ringtones . . .
