How do I send in my broken PS3 to Sony?

What do I need to send in my broken and out-of warranty PS3 to Sony to be fixed? do I fill out a form for them to send a box? how does this work? help!

I believe if your ps3 is out of warranty, Sony will no longer honor the agreement. I’d say your best bet would be to take it to the store you bought it from or to bring it to a repair shop near your home that does these sort of things.
