How do I transfer the music I want from my computer, onto my Sony Ericsson phone (w580i)?

As you have already know by the question asked above, I have a Sony Ericsson phone (w580i), and I am not exactly sure how to transfer the music from my computer onto the phone. Can anyone give the list of steps on how to put music onto a Sony Ericsson phone (w580i)? Thanks very much! :)

Go to the Sony Ericsson website and find, download and install the specific PC Suite for your phone on to your computer.

Start up the PC Suite.

Connect your phone to your computer with cable/BT/IR-whatever.

Start transferring music. Be careful when you disconnect.

    If you have the book that came with the phone that would be the easiest way to do. If not plug in the usb cable and make sure your computer recognizes it. If it does a box should pop up or it will show up in your windows media player.
