How do we get connect lcd tv from sony dvd player by using hdmi?

HI ALL,

I HAVE VARIOUS INPUTS FROM LCD TV AND I AM USING SONY MHC-GNZ88D DVD PLAYER, HOW DO I CONNECT ? NOW I AM USING NORMAL S-VIDEO TYPE INPUT. BUT FOR BETTER QUALITY SUGGESTED IS HDMI OR D-SUB IS BEST.. WHERE DO I FIND ALL THOSE ACCESORIES TO BUY ONLINE ?

Now my hdtv connected from sony dvd by using S-Video. Working fine. Now i want to use HDTV facility which is in-built in Samsung TV. The TV is having all types of inputs like HDMI DVI S-VIDEO and components also.

My Question is I have only outputs in sony dvd player is S-Video( which i am using now) and three different color pins like red blue and green. these are availble in TV also. Is it possible to get connect from dvd to TV? If so which connect is useful ? Please answer…

You can only use HDMI is both the TV and the DVD player have ports for them. There are no coverters for S-video to HDMI. If the DVD player does have the port then you can get the cable at any major retailer websites, such as walmart.com or bestbuy.com. HDMI cables carry both audio and video so you only need one cable for the connection.

    A connection with HDMI or component video is an upgrade to your S-Video, but you don’t say what connectors you have on your DVD or TV.
