How do you download music/videos to the Sony Walkman?

How do you download videos from the internet to my Sony Walkman? Where do you download them!!!

Your walkman should have come with some software and you can use Windows Media Player to sync to your walkman (I have one too). I haven't downloaded any videos yet because there's no more GB space on mine.
