I have a w600 walkman sony ericsson phone and the screen comes on but that’s it!! Nothing comes up or happens just the screen lighting up! How can I fix it?
call your cell phone provider. you can usually dial 611, but since your screen doesnt work, maybe just go right in to the store (cingular, verizon, sprint…) they all have stands in malls, or whole stores if you want to drive all the way out there. as long as you havent bought your phone more than a year ago, they should replace it for no additional cost… the secret is to PUSH and PUSH and PUSH… dont just ask once… call different times, and get frustrated… the’ll definitely help you… the people who answer the phone feel intimidated, and will help you…. BUT ONLY DO THIS IF YOUR PHONE HASNT GOTTEN WET, OR BEEN DROPPED, BECAUSE OTHERWISE, THEY’LL CHARGE YOU FOR THE REPLACEMENT, AND IT’S REALLY UNETHICAL….
