How do you put videos onto a Sony NWZS618FB Walkman?

I recently got a Sony Walkman and have absolutely no idea how to put videos on it. Could someone please help me? Thanks.

First, install Media Player 11 from the included CD; this takes care of some compatibility issues. Then drop your video files into the Walkman's Video folder. The trick: the Walkman will only play two formats: .mp4 and .m4v. So you'll need to convert your videos to one of these formats.
