You need the media that came with your laptop to reinstall everything. Or use the recovery partition if your computer has one.

    On the BIOS screen, press F7 or the Sony Button, it should boot into the Sony Recovery Center.

    Choose Restore to Factory Defaults, and if you need a CD, just install the one that came with the notebook.
