How do you transfer photos from my new Sony Ericsson walkman 350 phone to a windows XP?

I have a 1GB micro memory stick, and I took several photos and saved them to the memory stick, but when I opened the memory stick up on the phone, the photos were not in the photo folder. It is a Sony Ericsson Walkman350 (W350) cell phone

On the phone It goes in camara album!!!
On pc itz some dc.. Some thing like that itz hard 2 remember the exact name

    i think u have to actually drag the photos into the images or photos folder (not just put them on the phone itself, u have to specifically put it them in the folder) , i have the same problem with my glimmer

    are they not on the memory stick at all ?
    can you plug the card into your PC and view all of the files ?
    they may be in a different folder . or saved to the phone itself
