How do you upload videos from the Sony Ericsson walkman phone on to the computer?

I recorded some videos on my Sony Ericsson, and I was wondering how to upload them to my computer once my phone is connected to it? I know how to get to the music and pictures, but I can't find a video option anywhere :\

Emm first you gotta check did you save it on ur memory card on your phone memory.
Plug in the USB thingy, then go: My Computer / (mydevicename) / Choose where you saved it, Memory stick or phone memory. Then go to a folder named "Video".
