How do you use the web Camera on sony vaio computer?

You see I have a sony vaio computer with a built in motion eye web camera but I don’t’ knew how to use it outside of youtube.What I want to knew is how do you find it and use it outside of youtube.And then when you find the web camera and film your thing how do you then put the film in windows movie maker.

Hi! To access it, click on the vista logo (start) and search for "run". Once you open it type in "C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcSoft\WebCam Companion 2\uWebCam.exe" minus the quotes. "Web Cam Companion" should open. If not just search for the program on Google and download it for free! I hope I helped you.
(This is the defult web-cam program for Sony Vaio)

    when you talk about how do you use your web camera, u may look at your program files, usually, the programs for your laptop is in there. if you dont find anything, try to look for the camera’s driver, or you may download it on the internet. or its software. kindly be clear on the outside of youtube phrase? do u mean to upload videos to youtube with your cam? using movie maker? it could be, but first you need your cam to function. you could also download debut video capture, a free software that allows you to capture pictures and videos, even your screen. try googling it.
