I’m getting a new laptop. The sony vaio cs. Does any one know how good it is? Are their any problems with it? What’s your opinion?
I’ve also been thinking about the Dell Studio 15. Comments?
PLsss dont go for Dell Studio 15 lots of cons are there
Not a good style bulky and made up with cheap materials
dont have good key board
service and support is pathetic
screen is too wide and does not looks attractive
slot DVD drive is not up to the mark and hangs sometime
you can see user reveiw on Studio 15 and can judge according to that
Sony VAIO is OK but dont have new technology like HDMI, and eSATA
Only thing i like in VAIO CS is the keyboard, I also wanna buy one and I am looking formward for Sony VAIO CS or HP Pavilion dv4
If you had bought pls share me your reviews on any of laptop

I don’t personally own one, but a close family friend of mine has one. She paid $1,000 + and still has problems with it. If I were you, I’d put my money to better use and get something that’s more reliable. Another hint: if you’re getting the Vista system, make sure you get at least 2gb memory; running vista takes up a lot of space.

My sister has one and mostly she likes it, but it’s running really slowly right now. I think she just needs to delete cookies and temp files. We tried to do some of that this weekend and she said she noticed a slight difference but not much.
She doesn’t use it too much as a laptop, though. Mostly it’s sitting on a table.

Okay so Sony is a very good brand. But I had few people telling me that their Sonay Vaio laptops crashed after 2 years. So okay as my experience’s with Gateway and HP brands I say you get an HP laptop. And HP Pavilion to be exact. I mean the designs are wonderfully nice and I love how it has a crystal bright clear screen. So here I recommend the following HP laptop from Best Buy. =] Oh yeah and make sure even if you don’t choose to buy a HP laptop make sure that the laptop your going to purchase is about or at least 2GB of ram and that it has an AMD Processor. Why? Because laptops with AMD Processors tend to run more smoothly. Trust me I have a Gateway laptop with 4GB Ram and AMD Processor it’s going to be a year in July and it’s still like new runs smoothly and never had a problem.
