hi guys
of lately i realized when i remove my sony ericsson fone from the notebooks usb it doesnt have any problems as such, but sometimes upon re-connection, the notebook gives me this error message "USB device not recognized"
i dont see the remove safely option enabled for the phone either?
i’m using vista home premium and windows 7
plz advice

When connected to the computer you get a safety remove hardware options (grey rectangle with a green circle) in the task bar. Double click the icon when you are ready to disconnect and select stop. You will get an indication that it is safe to remove hardware. The phone screen will not change.
