3. If you already have music files on your pc then all you need to do is press add from your cd ripper or psp video converter.
4.Important Notice: Make sure on all of the above you select the “PSP” format.
5. How to download or transfer your music to PSP? At this point just connect your PSP with your PC with the USB cable, and copy your mp3 file(s) into “H:PSPMUSIC” where H: would equal the drive of your PSP.

Now a days there are various sites from which you can download Mp3 songs. Try entering "MP3 download" on Google to understand.
If you wish to download a particular song you may also do a search with the name followed by mp3 download, and chances are rare that you will not be able to get the same.
