How to find lost sony ericsson mobile?

Pls help me how can i get back my lost sony ericsson mobile its model no. is W-350i and i have IMEI no. also please suggest me.

every cell phone has a unique code called IMEI " international mobile equipment identity" which will be sent out to ur phone company when you activate your phone you can report to your phone company and the police to trace the phone if its on
but the thing is that not all of country follow this procedure depends on the country procedure
also check if it will be blacklisted or just traced back to you.
