Craigs list is a good resource to find local sellers, people who may have purchased the console with intention to sell, or are just not interested in it anymore. Buying a used PlayStation 3 still has plenty of value, since the system was manufactured only just last year.
Getting a cheap price on auction sites such as Amazon.com and EBay is competitive, challenging, but can also be a lot of fun. Where can I get a cheap Playstation 3 console with games package?
My sister’s boyfriend wants me to research prices for games packages for this console but wants to get it from HMV but if he buys it online will he be able to purchase with HMV voucher?

Cheap???? its already 399.99. Thats pretty low for whats you are getting. If you want cheap try xbox360, maybe thats more your thing if your on a budget.

There’s really no need if you go with gamefly. He’ll have to get the console but he wouldn’t have to spend $50-$70 bucks for a game if he goes for unlimited games for $6.95 for the first month then $15.95
after that.
So many people play games and beat them and then the game just gathers dust. I’d rather rent beat return rent again for $16 bucks to rent a game as long as you want rather then spend $70 for a game I’ll own permanently but get sick of later.
