Sony Buyer

My sony Ericsson mobile W350i is not switching on, when I took to the technician he informed me of the in-build software problem and he advised me to reinstall the in-build software , however he was asking foe a huge sum of money to do that. I feel I can install the software through my computer , provided the site and the steps to follow; If anyone there to help me in this matter I would be really greatful

The software is obtainable from the SE website. Choose your country and phone model which may vary between countries.
