How to transfer phone numbers to SIM card on a sony ericsson phone?

Is there a way I could transfer all my numbers in my Sony Ericsson phone into the SIM card? The last I checked, they weren't all in my SIM.

Go to Address Book. Hit Options -> Advanced ->Copy to Smartchip.
