How to use Windows Media Player to convert and transfer video files to the Sony Walkman NWZ-A826?

I have Sony Walkman NWZ-A826 and Windows Media Player 11 comes with it. It can be used to convert DVD Video to the suitable format and transfer to Sony Walkman NWZ-A826. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank You.
