how would u turn a sony playstation controller into a rc car controller?

alright how would u turn a sony playstation controller into a rc car controller? because i was watching military channel and the military had this robot controlled by a sony playstation conrtoller.

you’d need to put a programme on the controller that was specially designed for it.
you wouldn’t have to modify the actual controller and it would be easy to turn it back into a normal controller.
finding the programme is the tricky part. i can’t help you there. ):
