I am looking for sony 3ccd hdv mini dv camcorders that has pal and ntsc?

with the prices ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 dollors.

No such thing – not new, anyway… Lets see what Sony has in the HDV environment:

Consumer: HDR-HC9: Single CMOS: ~$1,000
Prosumer: HVR-HD1000: Single CMOS: ~$1,700
Prosumer: HVR-A1U: Single CMOS: ~$1,900
Prosumer: HDR-FX7: 3CMOS: ~$2,000
Prosumer: HDR-FX1/HDR-FX1000 3CCD: ~$3,000

You can check for yourself as to whether any of these can do PAL and NTSC. I don’t think they do.
