I have a new Sony Digital Cybershot. It tells me that my internal memory is full. How do I use the memory stick pro duo 2 gb to continue to take more pictures? I need help now Somebody, please!

Hi,

If there is no memory stick in the camera it records onto internal memory. If there is a memory stick in the camera, it records onto the memory stick – you do not have to do anything else to make this happen.

You may need to format a new memory stick in the camera – put the stick into the camera, take some pictures, if they record – well fine. If not, select "format" with the up and down arrows, and follow the instructions on the camera screen. Do not do this again, unless you have copied any pictures you have taken to your computer – as formatting destroys all the images on the stick.

Hope this helps

just go to menu and there should be something like auto memory or something, just change it to external memory
