I have a Sony Handycam DCR-DVD108 DVD and i cannot unfinalize my CD why?

The CD that i have is a Sony DVD-R Recordable DVD Camcorder Media (1.4GB).

That’s the way things are – once a DVD is finalised you can’t do anything more with it. If you use rewritables they can be initialised again, but not DVD-R.

    Once finalized they stay finalized. You should use a dvd-rw.
