The touch screen does not work anymore and there are no manual buttons. I have the battery fully charged and I have also pressed the reset button and the touch screen still does not work . I have not dropped the camera or banged it around. It seems to also have a slightly unusual low buzzing sound when I insert tapes. Has anyone encountered this and is it able/worth being fixed? I really like this camcorder model.
Something had going wrong at the screen. Don’t worry, just send it to Sony service centre for fixing the problem. We as a consumer nothing we can do, so let expert to fix it
