I t turns off after I send one photo. Doesn't seem to be always on option. I know i have to be careful with security.

You can have bluetooth connected to your phone and PC all the time. Just connect and let it remain connected in your usual way e.g. PC software suite. The advantage is that you'll receive SMSs on your PC software as well as phone. The downside is that batteries on the phone will drain quite quickly.

When I did this with my phone, it worked quite well. When I left my desk, the phone automatically disconnected when out of range of my PC and it would then automatically reconnect when it got into range again.

Check the settings options in your bloothtooth menu on the PC. Some software have the option of disconnection after transfers. Also try to pair your device with the PC for smooth operation. Paring means entering the same pass codes on both the devices (PC and Cellphone) You wont have to press YES to accept the transfer everytime to send data.
