   Have you inserted the correct sim? Some mobile phones are locked to one network, and if you put in a sim that didn’t come with the phone then it probably won’t work!

   when your entering the code, i think you have to have a diffrent sim in, try this again
   then put the voda sim in and try it.
   then turn the phone on and off.
   if it doesnt work, ring voda and there tell you what to do.

   when i unlocked my sony ericsson i had to enter

   left * right * left left *

   then go to the networek menu and enter the code there.
   try that

   dont enter the code wrong 3 times, cause i think it bumms the phone

   Before you try entering this code anymore and before you lock the phone totally, phone Vodafone customer services and ask them to instruct you as to how to unlock it. Tell them it isn’t working properly for you and they will give you further instructions. If you enter the code wrong 3 times, it will lock the phone and it won’t be able to be fixed without sending it off, so phone them up and get the instructions again.
